Wavr — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Wavr ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Wavr is a streaming media player intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, use it for any unlawful purpose, or redistribute any part of the App or its content.

User Responsibility for Content

Wavr plays streaming URLs that you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the streams you add and play comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of the content providers. Wavr does not host, cache, or distribute any media content.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Wavr is free to use. Wavr Discover — an optional premium feature that lets you browse and play curated radio genres and stations — is available through an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Your own saved streams remain free. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

Free trial: New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown in the App. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.

Auto-renewable subscriptions: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime purchase: The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Wavr Discover permanently on your Apple Account. It does not renew and is not billed on a recurring basis.

Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests are handled through Apple, not through us.

No Data Collection

Wavr does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Third-Party Libraries

Wavr uses MobileVLCKit, licensed under LGPLv2.1. Use of this library is subject to its respective licence terms.

Intellectual Property

All content in Wavr — including design, code, and assets — is the property of Summers Logic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

Disclaimer

Wavr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with all streaming sources. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
