Welcome to Suitcased. By downloading, installing, or using the Suitcased application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Suitcased is a personal travel companion app that allows you to: create and manage unlimited trips · track budgets and expenses with live currency conversion · schedule and organise activities with map integration · use a tip calculator with bill splitting · split expenses between multiple people · view basic expense insights and budget tracking.
Premium features include full budget tracking, full expense insights, full expense reports, PDF export, tickets & passes, receipt uploads, and data backup & restore.
2. Free & Premium Features
A one-time Premium purchase unlocks: Tickets & passes · Full expense reports · PDF export of reports · Data backup & restore · Full budget tracking · Full expense insights · Upload receipts.
3. In-App Purchases
Premium is available as a one-time in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store. You may restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same store account.
4. Data & Storage
All data you create in the App — trips, activities, expenses, receipts, tickets, and settings — is stored locally on your device. We do not store your data on external servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data. Premium users can export and import backups using the Data & Backup feature.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Suitcased are the property of Summers Logic. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer
Suitcased is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
